Two straight facts before the table. AgentDuty operates in Illinois; ShowingMarket is available to licensed agents nationwide. And we are built for different buyers: AgentDuty is a board of local tasks an agent can pick up, while ShowingMarket is built for the brokerage — your firm's own network, your compliance rules enforced at the moment they are due, and a designated broker who can see every job and every payment. If you are an Illinois agent who just wants to pick up work, AgentDuty is a straightforward answer. If your broker cares who covered it, what they signed, and how they were paid, the rest is worth five minutes.
AgentDuty details are taken from agentduty.com and worded conservatively. Where their site doesn't state something, we say so rather than guess — always confirm current pricing and features with them before deciding.

If you're in Illinois, they cover you and we don't — that settles it on its own. If you want one place to also hand off paperwork, marketing, earnest money collection and closing appointments, their menu is genuinely wider than ours.
And if you're the one doing the showings, note the fee structure carefully: AgentDuty charges the booking agent, so the showing agent keeps the full amount. We take 10%. On a $100 showing that's $10 you would keep with them and not with us. If maximising per-job take is your priority and you're in their market, that's a real difference and we're not going to pretend otherwise.
