If you're in Illinois, they cover you and we don't — that settles it on its own. If you want one place to also hand off paperwork, marketing, earnest money collection and closing appointments, their menu is genuinely wider than ours.
And if you're the one doing the showings, note the fee structure carefully: AgentDuty charges the booking agent, so the showing agent keeps the full amount. We take 10%.On a $100 showing that's $10 you would keep with them and not with us. If maximising per-job take is your priority and you're in their market, that's a real difference and we're not going to pretend otherwise.
