Check-in is validated against the property's location — an agent can't check in from a parking lot across town. During the visit, a safety timer runs with presence sampling; if the covering agent doesn't check out or extend, the requesting agent and an emergency contact are alerted. Check-out captures GPS again, plus the completion record: buyer status, notes, and time on site.
In the mobile app, background location keeps the timer honest even with the screen off — claim jobs, navigate to the door, check in, and message the other side from your phone.
A paid-work feed and a reputation you earn
Covering agents choose cities and zip codes; the feed shows only requests inside them, each with the fee and the exact 90% take up front. Express interest in one tap or counter with your own price — the poster reviews profiles and picks one. Set yours up under coverage areas.
Reliability is calculated live from real showings — completions, on-time check-ins, and verified post-showing ratings. Posters see it before accepting an offer. New agents start honestly at zero and build from their first covered showing.
QR open house sign-in and Stripe-held payments
Every hosted open house includes the QR sign-in sheet: attendees sign in on their own phones, entries stream to the host's live list, contact details stay with the host, and the listing side gets names and feedback. Prefer paper? A free printable template is one click away.
