ShowingMarket opens nationwide, bringing broker-supervised showing coverage to licensed agents in every state

The showing-coverage marketplace built for brokerages is now available to licensed agents across the United States, and two Keller Williams offices operated by Ben Kinney Company have onboarded hundreds of agents in the Seattle metro.

He built ShowingMarket after watching agents arrange coverage over text message and settle it on payment apps, with no record either broker could rely on.

Rami is a licensed real estate agent and a former Chief Digital Officer who now advises public agencies and nonprofits on operations and AI. He brings both halves of the problem ShowingMarket works on: the day-to-day reality of covering showings, and the supervision a firm is accountable for.
