Pricing

One number, set by you. The agent keeps 90%.

There is no subscription, no membership fee, no lead fee, and no fine print to hunt through. Every showing has exactly one price — the fee the posting agent chose — and it splits one way: 90% to the agent who covered it, 10% to the platform. That's the entire pricing model.

What a showing agent service costs here

$45–$400

the fee range — you pick the number when you post, based on timing, distance, and scope

90%

goes to the covering agent, transferred via Stripe the moment you approve the completed showing

10%

is the platform's entire take — it covers payment processing, verification, and the product

Worked examples
  • A $85 buyer showing → the covering agent is paid $76.50.
  • A $220 hosted open house → the host is paid $198 (QR sign-in sheet included).
  • A $45 lockbox access run → the covering agent is paid $40.50.

When your card is actually charged

Fee transparency includes timing transparency. Money moves at exactly one moment — approval — and here is the full sequence:

  1. 1Posting — authorized, not charged

A card is required to post. The fee is authorized (a hold), so covering agents know the money is real — but nothing is captured.

  2. 2Acceptance — hold refreshed

Accept an offer at a different price and the old hold is released and a new one placed for the agreed amount. Still nothing charged.

  3. 3Cancellation — hold released

Cancel while the request is still broadcasting and the authorization is released in full. You pay nothing.

  4. 4Approval — charged and paid out

You approve the completed, GPS-verified showing. The card is captured, and the agent's 90% transfers via Stripe in the same action — instant to an eligible debit card.

Payments run on Stripe; card details never touch our servers. Payment collection is card-only (including Apple Pay and Google Pay); payouts go to the bank or debit card connected through Stripe. The step-by-step flow lives on how it works.
