For agents who need coverage

You can't be in two places. Someone local can.

Hand off the buyer tour, open house or access run you can't make. You set the fee, a local agent covers it, and your client stays your client — bound by a non-solicitation agreement on every claim.

How it works

  1. 1Post what you can't make

Address, time window and type — buyer tour, open house, rental showing, inspection or lockbox access. Takes about a minute.

  2. 2Set your own fee

You pick the number, $45–$400, based on timing, distance and scope. Agents can counter; you decide whether to accept.

  3. 3A local agent takes it

Your request goes to agents covering that area. You see their reliability score and completed count before you choose.

  4. 4Approve, then pay

Your card is authorized when you post but never charged until you approve the completed, GPS-verified showing.

The full fee breakdown is on pricing, and the step-by-step flow on how it works.

What protects you

The client stays yours

Every covering agent signs a non-solicitation agreement at the moment they claim. They open the door, follow your instructions and report back — nothing else.

Proof the showing happened

GPS-verified check-in and check-out at the property, plus presence sampling during the visit. You see the on-site record before you approve.

Nothing charged until you say so

Posting places a hold. Cancel while it's still broadcasting and the hold is released in full. Money moves once, on your approval.

Feedback you can use

The covering agent submits buyer feedback after the showing. Open houses come with a QR sign-in sheet and the full visitor list.

One thing we say plainly: license and MLS details are self-reported by agents and shown on their profile — we don't currently check them against a state registry. What every job does carry is the non-solicitation agreement, GPS-verified check-in and check-out, and a reliability score built only from completed showings.

No membership, no monthly fee. You're charged once, after you approve the completed showing.
