Delete your account & data
You can ask us to delete your ShowingMarket account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to be signed in, and you do not need the app installed to make this request.
1. Delete it yourself, instantly
Sign in and go to Settings → Delete account permanently — or use this direct link: open account settings. After a confirmation step, your account and personal data are deleted immediately. No email, phone call, or support contact is required. The same option is available in the mobile app under Settings.
2. Can't sign in? Request deletion instead
If you no longer have access to your account, submit the form below with the email address on your account, or email briyad@gmail.com. We may contact you to verify that you own the account before we delete anything.
3. What gets deleted
Once your identity is confirmed, we permanently delete the personal data tied to your account, including:
- Your profile and professional details (name, email, phone, brokerage, license, MLS ID, lockbox/Supra key)
- Your coverage areas and notification preferences
- Messages you sent, buyer-interest notes you logged, and your device push tokens
- Location data captured during your showings (check-in/out and presence samples)
4. What we may retain
We may keep a limited amount of data where the law requires it or for legitimate business needs, such as:
- Transaction and payout records needed for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention (typically up to 7 years), handled together with our payments processor, Stripe
- Records needed to resolve an open dispute, enforce our agreements, or comply with a legal obligation
Retained records are minimized and access-restricted, and are deleted when the applicable retention period ends.
5. How long it takes
We acknowledge requests promptly and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law. We'll email you when it's done.
